- Approves materials changes (scope, cost, schedule)
- Resolves business issues and conflicts
Project Manager
- With project team, Executive Sponsor and Project Lead, finalizes project documentation
- Acts as the central contact point for all project team members
- Manages issues and sees that issues are resolved
- Facilitates communication within projects, and between project team and stakeholders
- Regularly briefs Executive Sponsor and Project Lead on project progress
- Manages resources, schedule, and scope change requests
- Completes project status report
